Mine was by snail mail, too. I don't think I've heard of anyone getting admitted via email, but who knows.

Good luck!

it's times like these that I'm a little happier with my lowish UGPA (<25th). I'm less stressed about CU ever getting back to me since the longer they take to ding me, the longer I can pretend I have a shot!

I'm keeping the dream alive for now...

best of luck. Breathe deep HeadyBrah! It'll all be over soon enough.

i talked to lonestar before... they're decent. in case he doesnt get back on here anytime soon. I am a little suprised by ding. I thought WL at worst. CU was within reasonable targeting, I think.

you may be able to find it by searching posts... but I will decline to share since Lonestar told me by PM.

Does anyone know how many people CU has taken from the waitlist in the past?

For those who have visited--where did you stay? Has anyone taken the "super shuttle" to/from the airport?

Thanks!!

I stayed with friends, but both the airport shuttle and local bus system are very efficient.

So I live in Colorado and although I have gotten some cash from WUSTL I intend to someday practice in Colorado and would really consider CU, should I get in. I have a 168/3.3. Getting nervous that I haven't heard from them... tbh I thought I might even get some cash from them but that thought is fleeting as of late.
Applied late January. Should I have heard something by now? I haven't really talked to admissions much so I don't know how far along they are processing this cycle. Thanks.

A friendly phone call can't hurt. Just be sure to call earlier in the morning before they get too busy and be courteous, no matter what they say.

Yes. It is reliable and many, many people use it to get between DIA and Boulder. It isn't bad price-wise, but I bet RTD is cheaper.

As for hotels, I'd call and see if you can get a discount at any hotels on or near the Hill.

Congrats!!
Cheers. I've never even been to Colorado, but I hear it's pretty amazing  Can't wait to visit. A good friend of mine's dad plays for Leftover Salmon, and I've heard ridiculous stories re: bluegrass festivals over there, so I've been kind of hooked on the idea of moving there for a while. Plus, mountains are awesome.

Seriously? What are you waiting for?
