Re: Harvard Law c/o 2021 Applicants (2017-2018)
How many waves of JS1s have there been?
Am I seeing right that in the past, JS2s have come after about 8-9 rounds of JS1 invites?

Went complete 11/16; 180/3.9x (below 75th)/K-JD. Should I be worried about the no JS1 yet or is it too early for that kind of neurosis

I just logged onto the interview scheduling portal- looks like the last interviews scheduled for this year are 12/5? So, guessing another wave is coming out soon, or it'll be after the holidaysTomLawSchool wrote:Has there been a new wave this week yet? Hmm, I wonder if after the 5th the AdComs take like a or two week to release the first JS2 based on all the JS1 they had?okapiee wrote:I just logged onto the interview scheduling portal- looks like the last interviews scheduled for this year are 12/5? For those who submitted GRE scores as well as LSAT scores, how do you know you went complete? I got an email saying they received my GRE scores, but my status says "Received" still.
Edit: Never mind.

I know these are dumb questions but the JS1 is an invitation to interview later, not an interview immediately when they call you, correct? Also, do they usually call during a certain time of day?

Not auto ding. You seem competitive to me; they've only sent out JS1's to a very small group so far.KENYADIGG1T wrote:My app has been complete since 10/05, yet I've heard nothing--auto ding?

i wouldn't worry. you seem like an amazing applicant and from what i can gather from this thread, the JS1s have gone out to super high LSATs so far. maybe they're trying to get the high LSATs in now so they can worry less about maintaining the median further down the lineKENYADIGG1T wrote:My app has been complete since 10/05, yet I've heard nothing--auto ding?

JS1s are for interviews later. You schedule the week after usually.JosephFourier wrote:I know these are dumb questions but the JS1 is an invitation to interview later, not an interview immediately when they call you, correct? Also, do they usually call during a certain time of day?

They don't call to schedule the interview! They send you an email.JosephFourier wrote:I know these are dumb questions but the JS1 is an invitation to interview later, not an interview immediately when they call you, correct? Also, do they usually call during a certain time of day?
Yea, I think JS1 here means what day they send you the interview, and most people do interviews the week after depending on availabilities

I noticed that some people who have submitted after me have already gone complete, whereas I still have not. Does anyone know why this might be?

Hey,
Quick q. When someone on these type of forums writes 17x or 3.9x does that mean 170 or does that mean they don't want to share the last digit?
