Submitted on late November and still on UR1, 12/11.
Does it mean I have no chance to get in?
I'm round 2 EDer and somehow regret because I got JS1 yesterday. lol
Should I withdraw from Upenn or it's just a daydream to be accepted by both schools?

First calls were around 1:00ish PM on the first day of admits (12/18)...

Waiting this morning and not seeing anyone on here that has received a call is tortuous. I guess they wait until midday to start making calls to avoid disturbing people in CST/PST? The part of me that can hardly stand the wait feels like even if I was on the west coast and got woken up by a call around 6:30 AM, I wouldn't mind because I just got accepted at Penn!

I was admitted before Christmas, wrote a why Penn and visited the school last year, and have strong ties to Philly.

Common wisdom is a lot but I know someone who mentioned Penn briefly I. Their closing paragraph in PS. They were admitted. The PS was amazing.

In today via call, stats on LSN. UR2 on 12/22. Did not write any optional essays or really do anything particular to "court Penn," but I am a PA resident. No status checker change yet.
