my status still simply says "application complete" dated 11/18. no movement at all. anyone else in this boat?
I am in the same situation: Complete 11/24, no movement since then.
Complete 11/24. That's all.
because I'm a borderline applicant?

That they haven't made a decision.

Being above their medians doesn't equal borderline.
Above medians + international applicant = borderline

That they haven't made a decision.
I meant does it mean they're closer to making one? Or does anyone know how many times it changes before we get a decision?

I had 4 completes (3 date changes from the initial complete that I got shortly after submitting my app) before receiving an interview request. I then had an "interview request" status that changed date a few days after I completed the interview, and an acceptance status change/email a couple days after that.
Date changes really don't mean anything I think.

God damn it. I totally messed up my LikeLive interview. I had to connect to an external monitor because my laptop screen is broken and because of that I totally skipped the last question and just continued talking about the previous one (I was too busy staring at the camera on my laptop). Really really want to redo it.

Honestly, it's not been that bad, but I imagine this next semester will be the real test. I lived in Madison, WI last year so I may be (read: probably am) skewed in my perspective.

I'm from a sunny area(think California/Texas/Florida/Mexico/Africa) and can second the above opinion. It hasn't been too bad at all (surprisingly). The real test will definitely come in the Spring semester, though.

I live about an hour from Ithaca. So far, this winter has been very mild by Upstate NY standards. Nothing like last year, which was just absurd.

Hoping to hear some good news this week. Hopefully since there was no movement last week and only four days of acceptances so far, that this week will be more eventful.
