DON'T TRIP, CHOCOLATE CHIPS. it sucks to be left out in the cold during these first two waves of invites, but HLS conducts 1000+ interviews every cycle meaning there are still like 950+ invites to be sent out. there's still hope!

haha yeah i know; I meant that it had never really registered that in order to have a class of 560 they need to offer so many people

Hey all, if there is interest I can help let you all know when they add more interview slots (to keep up Horse Thief's great work). I have to keep checking for myself anyway, they ran out of slots before I could sign up last week...

What is the general turnaround time for getting a JS1? Got my UVA interview request less than a week after applying.

it can take a week for some people, several months for others

Congrats everyone!

Feeling like you are getting left behind is kind of rough. Hopefully there will be a few more waves this week and next, and those of us who haven't heard anything will have a reversal of fortunes.
