FYI, my status checker has been updated to "Admitted!" as of today. So for those of you who haven't had access to phones or are afraid you may have missed your calls, log in to your status checkers!

Edit: Or, you know, just check your email. Because emails have just been sent.

Just got an email telling me I was admitted despite having received the phone call earlier. For those who missed their calls, you should be getting em shortly it seems

Wow, congrats to all the 11/22 people that are getting in!

My status checker says UR 11/14 but I received the UR email on 11/22 so I'm guessing i'm in the 11/22 batch too. Got my fingers crossed!

From LSN, it seems like Berkeley is letting in the high GPA's first. Virtually everyone admitted so far has 3.8 or higher. Pretty rigid LSAT floor of 170 so far.

also in via email! supposedly my parents got a call from berkeley on monday (I'm out of the country and so I listed their number on apps), which they conveniently neglected to tell me until now haha. so even if you miss a phone call, the email should come within the week

I am confused. I think only like one person said they had a 11/22 complete date and heard back. I think those of us with 11/22 dates have no reason to be worried yet at all!

Definitely. I was shocked to hear back so soon (I reported the acceptance with the 11/22 completion date), but TBF I submitted on 10/28 - as in, the very first day of the 11/22 batch. So Dean Tom is probably just starting to look at that batch, and I'm guessing he's going roughly by date of submission. People with 11/22 dates have nothing to worry about at this point - and there's hopefully some good news coming your way very soon. Hang in there!

I got an e-mail that I got in today.

LSAT: 169
GPA: 3.83
Out of state

From reading the last few posts, it sounds like my strong resume (and maybe good essays) probably helped push me towards the "admit" pile, considering my numbers. Too bad I won't be going to Boalt unless they offer a scholarship, which is probably unlikely with my numbers.

Edit: just checked law school numbers, holy moly am I below their usual reject line, haha. Guess I should be grateful that I got in.
