a few people including myself had their second UCR status update today, so although I'm not expecting a call today, I would like one before the holiday

a few people including myself had their second UCR status update today, so although I'm not expecting a call today, I would like one before the holiday

Cool so they are still going through piles. Last year they bunched the acceptances and denials/wl together, so I guess they plan to look through all the files they need to before releasing. Kind of how ED this year worked as well. So let's just settle on they are still reading and not ready to release yet.

I am quite satisfied with the Twitter update, even though I really would love to hear before the weekend.

I had my second UCR 12/15 yesterday. I'm RD. Could it be that they could be calling today or tomorrow?

Again, I don't want to hype everyone. I'm also JD/MBA applicant who got rejected from MBA, so I'm not sure they'll admit me even when my numbers are decent.

You did? How was your GMAT? I was considering but I have not taken it yet. Do you have good WE?

The bad news is that they may have actually left the office early because I didn't realize it's been snowing for a while now (been busy)

I'm from the area, and most people I know take lunch from 11:30-12:30. You also have to figure that holidays parties and long lunches are coming into play this time of year. So I wouldn't speculate too much about getting sent to voicemail.

My bet is that the first calls will go out on Monday. Fresh week, before the deadline they posted/tweeted about, and they would be done calls around the same time as the holiday break would start so no new files started before a long weekend. Just my speculation.

It's cool I read it. I may stick to taking some Wharton classes. Maybe do the certificate.
