HOW DARE YOU?
I mean you did defend the beer shower.

... Did someone complain about the legendary 'fratshower'?
It was just a misunderstanding, as in that person misunderstood what 'awesome' meant. No harm done though.

And I never said there wasn't any, just that I didn't see them. Maybe they were at home or in the corners of the library and actually the majority of their students are part-time models. I believe there's a difference in your interpretation and what was actually said, could be wrong tho.
Well... you did say that you were no longer considering the school based on who you saw (/didn't see).

My rule of thumb is to not say anything on here that I wouldn't want my mom or a prospective employer to see. Also, I notice that sometimes people confuse having the right to say something to mean they should say it. Sometimes you just have to recognize the crowd you're talking to and not say something, even if it just popped up in your head.

It was me! I admit it! And I've STILL never tried a shower beverage, so TAKE THAT.

I think people are being overly sensitive but of course that's my opinion. The whole purpose of a campus visit is to judge; to evaluate and compare said campus to other campuses in order to reach an ultimate destination. Everyone's personal criteria will differ and that's fine. If I had eliminated a school based on the reasoning that "I just didn't feel a connection with the professors or alumni" that would have been perfectly acceptable, even though it's just as subjective as my original statement.

People are seriously not considering UVA because of their gender distribution last cycle. Just saying.
That comparison almost made me spit up water onto my computer.

Women considering not going to UVA because the gender balance suggests systemic gender issues that may affect the quality of the education they receive there: totally valid.
Men considering not going to UVA because there are fewer women to date/hook up with: just as creepy as your Duke comment.

But yup, Jimmy & Muir are right, I'm done now. :D
