Sorry to hear all the WLs.

For those DLS 4/11, I got my purple envelope in the mail. Located in NYC and was able to log into Admitted Students site yesterday.

I think 2? I'm really lazy today so didnt check again. This slow beginning of WLs seems like it could be consistent with last year. IIRC (and I admit, I'm super lazy so didnt feel like pulling it up), there were a few WLS around 4/15 and then the slaughter was like April 23, 25 or so...round those dates.

Sigh. Most frustrating.

Woah, Congrats stats twin! For stats twins, our cycles have diverged to a high degree. Are you gonna go (to NYU)?

Thank you! You have Penn and Berkeley (the latter which is arguably harder to crack than NYU). you have fantastic options as well!

It's very complicated, but now I need to write a petition to NYU Law and NY Court of Appeals (for a change in degree requirements) and if those are granted, I'm definitely attending.

once i send in my deposit, when will nyu contact me to say that i am actually enrolled and stuff? i sent it like a week and a half ago and i haven't heard anything.

I did the online payment thing, and I still don't have anything other than my emailed confirmation I got right after submitting it. You can go onto the website though and see if it'll let you make your email address yet. Then you'll know you're legit.

Ya getting nothing would have been better than getting a DLS 4/7 with NO rejection email, NO waitlist email, NO access to ASW and NO purple envelope (or anything else) in the mail. I'm wondering what happened.

Sigh, still no peep. IR 1/11. I'm 95% committed to Berkeley, but the fact that NYU has me on a cliff has me still waiting impatiently.
