I think admits are e-mailed, but it's unclear if there will be any more admits.

I believe admits are still by e-mail and reserves/rejections are not based on correspondence from CLS this month and last year at this time.

Hey guys, I got a letter in the mail (dated 4/19) placing me in a "Reserve" group. This is after being placed in a "Hold" group back in February. My numbers are below both quartiles. I am not a URM. Is this some sort of sick joke or is there actually a scenario that they could conceive of admitting me? There isn't even data anywhere near my would-be point on LSN. Have any "Hold" applicants been subsequently rejected at this point?

Reserve is usually a soft reject, but there's always a slim chance of acceptance.

The good people at the Admissions Office emailed back and, as almost anyone could have guessed (by now), promptly refused to let me in on their decision. But at least I was thanked for my continued interest...

Empty mailbox in CA. Btw, idk about your hold letter, but mine didn't say they'd get the decision out by today; instead, it said that I will receive a decision no later than today.

did you get the follow up email cause in that they said they would try to get the decisions out on the day indicated in my hold letter so im giving them the benefit of the doubt. really hoping to get some closure by friday but i think if we didnt get an email by today were heading for the reserve pile.

No, they've been disconcertingly quiet with me. I never got that email, nor one asking for a LOCI. Dang, I'm disappointed because I can't figure out if it was because of my numbers, or because I applied late, or because I screwed up royally on some part of my app.

i havent heard anything from them. also, they gave me the run around and lost my documents 4x. ridik. just put me out of my misery already...
