I would. Let 'em know you're no slacker, etc. Mail it directly if you don't want to bother with LSAC -- spoke to them on the phone about this; they don't mind.
Ah, cool. Did you have the same problem?
My GPA would actually rise .01 to a 4.06 if I have LSAC recalculate it, but I'm worried that it would take up valuable time if I did that. It would probably be quicker to just mail it directly to Yale's admissions office.

Sort of, my GPA went up a bit after this semester and it needs all the help it can get, so I called to see if they required LSAC (this was before they mysteriously stopped taking phone calls.) Honestly, given where your GPA is, I wouldn't bother with LSAC; just send the damn thing straight to their office.

More admissions today according to Twitter. Though I doubt they've seriously considered my app yet (I only applied on 1/11) I still can't help but be excited!

It's ok, my 250 was really crap (I hadn't read up on TLS yet and didn't know that I could afford to wait) so I wasn't expecting much. I think I'm gonna hold out for an answer from SLS, but it's basically over and time to make decisions

oops, I didn't realize ding meant no. Sorry to hear that, especially since we have almost the same scores. How did you hear - did you get a phone call, letter or e-mail?

Dear Yale,
I know that you're calling other people today. You post it online. Do you think I can't read that? You know that I want to hear from you and it hurts when you broadcast to the world that you're seeing other people. I know you said that you'd "consider" me but that's not good enough dammit. I don't want to "just be friends." I need to know if we can make this relationship work. Call me. Ok?
Love,
D.S.

Dear Yale,
I sit by my phone every day waiting for you to call, but you don't. I thought we had something special. You told me I mattered. You told me that you would eagerly receive my application. I am beginning to think it was all a sham. Why do you play with my heart like this? Don't you understand what pain you cause each person you string along? Some day, someone will refuse to return your calls. Then you will know the agony of silence, just waiting in your room, alone.
Please call. I want to hear your soft voice one last time.
Love,
BenJ
P.S. This doesn't have to end the way our last flirtation did. I know you've changed. I know I'm a better person, more mature. I know you want me now.

Dear Yale,
We all know you don't like younger men. Just break my heart and leave the pieces when you go.
Affectionately,
V6

Dear Yale,
I know I shouldn't pester you like this, but just thinking about you makes my head spin, and I can't help but pen my feelings. Maybe you don't feel the same way. If you don't, you can let me know. I don't want to be strung along. I just want to know whether we have a future together. Your silence is painful.
My deepest affections,
BenJ

Today, I was sick, so I stayed home from class. During what would've been my philosophy class, I got a call.
In at Yale.
My response: "hahahaha...are you serious?"
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
