That's what I'm wondering. If the packet is coming soon and (from what I've read in this topic) scholarships will be decided on in 3-5 weeks, I don't see how that would work. I wish they'd figure it out quick--those deposit deadlines sneak up on ya.

Would like to add that my status still says "Complete" with 1/26 date on it even though I got a call that I'm in. It never went to Decision Rendered.

Congrats to all the admits today!

I'm probably going to have to make a decision whether to go Tier 1 PT (and possibly transfer into FT) or go FT at a Tier 2 or beyond. I think the possibility of top 50 in a nice market may send me to SMU in the fall!

I have a question for those of you who are familiar with SMU's admissions cycle (from reading last year's thread Im assuming):

Any clue when should we expect the next round of acceptances? I have pretty solid #'s for SMU (165, 3.7x) and am very eager to hear from them.

were one of the 1/26 or 1/27 updates? I was 1/27 and then DR 1/28 and preferenced pt on my app and still have not had a call, but it looks like in last year's thread people still got calls the monday after the weeked...so i am still holding on to a slim sliver of hope

Nope, status changed from app received to app complete 1/22, but nothing since
