TBH, I'm fairly over WLs at this point, but, perhaps, it would be beneficial to include what type of applicant you are for the respective categories... i.e.haley12 wrote:Put a new poll up so we can have a better idea of what's going on! Old poll results in 1st postLmk if I missed anything
ACoWL Splitter
ACoWL Reverse Splitter
ACoWL Median-ish Numbers
ACoWL Above 75ths
and do the same for in, ur1, ur2
I dunno... it may get a bit too complicated or be too much, but it may be more helpful to see what they are currently pulling.

Also just got the feeler. Text:
Dear Ms. [LAST NAME]
Thank you for your continued interest in NYU School of Law. There is a possibility that the Admissions Committee will make a limited number of additional offers in the very near future. If you are still in a position to accept an offer of admission if a seat were to become available, please reply to this email as soon as possible and preferably by Monday, May 15. It would be helpful to also update your current mailing address in your response, as well as the dates that it is valid. If there is a date after which you would no longer be able to accept an offer from NYU Law, please be sure to include that in your reply as well.
Whether and when we will be able to make additional offers of admission is uncertain, but we will do our best to reach a final decision on your application as soon as possible. Please note that scholarships will be awarded only to those who qualify for financial need-based funding.
If you have made firm plans to attend another law school in the fall, we wish you all the best. Please write to us to officially withdraw from wait list consideration.
Thank you for your patience, and please let us know if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Melanie Hochberg Giger
Director of Admissions
NYU School of Law

just to be clear. if we get off the nyu waitlist but already deposited at another school, we'd have to withdraw enrollment at that school but COULD remain on other waitlists?

Re: NYU c/o 2020 -- WAIT LIST (New Poll!)
sorry if this has already been discussed, but is it okay (or a good idea) to send an additional LOR if you're on the WL?
