Decision made, and the seat deposits are showing- but it's been 24 hours, and no email. I'm sure many people did get the email past 24 hours too, but getting restless here.

Did you notice if your last complete date updated right before decision made?

Yes, I don't know if it updated multiple times, but I noticed the date updated again 3 days before decision made.

Anyone know if there is a maximum amount for the ASW travel stipend? I'm going to be traveling from the West Coast, and the price tag is very hefty. The email I received doesn't give a maximum amount, but I could've sworn I read $400 somewhere...

I just emailed them asking the same thing (I'm from California) and they said $400 is the max.

think last year they went up to $500, but if they're saying $400 is the max this year it prob is. No matter what they give you I would just ask for more, worse they say is no

also re:signing up for ASW - 1 u get $ to visit so its not as expensive (assuming ur not real close) 2- headcount for food, 3- headcount for free stuff (last year was a string backpack with generic folder/info and free shirt) and so they can split people into groups ahead of time
