You have to go into your one.uf (gatorlink) account and then sign the MPN's and essentially sign up for the loans you want. The email gives a link to go to in order to get it started. Apparently, the numbers may fluctuate a little after all, but for loans like the direct subsidized loans, there is only so much you can accept ($20,500). As far as need based aid/grants, I have no idea, I think the assumption is that you'll accept that either way.
Having trouble finding the MPNs. I've seen submit and cancel buttons, but not where I can enter the actual number that I want...
FYI I to everyone:

I'm surprised UF hasn't given us more info like this more directly
You're right, that's probably a link that should have been in the FinAid email. Also, I didn't see a place to put the number that I wanted in, I just assumed I'd give back whatever I didn't use during the semester (which I hope will be most of it), that seems like the going plan. I damn sure don't want to spend $10k/semester if I can help it.
Once you get into your one.uf account, you start out with like three or four holds already on your account also. You gotta update your contact info, the emergency contact, accept some EULA's etc. Took about two hours for me.

Looks like someone needs to make a UF thread in the TLS Class of 2019 Forum

Someone put a lot of work into all of the other threads, I don't have that kind of time right this second to do it. Maybe next week.

That's my plan too, for the first year, anyway.

Recalling from my undergrad days there should be a way to accept a lesser amount. Maybe we can't yet b/c the award letter hasn't been finalized. The issue with accepting the full amount is that the loan is unsubsidized and will start accruing interest from day 1. Also, there is a disbursement fee of 1-2% that is subtracted from the loan so we're not getting the full amount.

I was on hold and got admitted so I would say it's likely!

Nope, no movement on the wait list for me as of yet. Just that they have received my wait list packet.

Yep, I've been officially denied. 155 and a 3.65.
Looks like it's another year of studying for the LSAT.

Waitlisted on 04/26. sent in my request to remain on waitlist. Does anyone know that chances of getting off the waitlist as a Florida resident?

Talked with Dean Keener today. Nice guy.. Can't get in anywhere with a 3.7 and 155. Unbelievable. My life is over.

I feel the same way. Worked so hard in school and it was all for nothing. LSAT is the only thing that matters.

It sucks but from everything I have seen and heard UF was really big on raising the LSAT median this year. That might be why there is less emphasis on good GPA vs LSAT

Good for them. Still stacked in favor of young college kids who have more time to study than I.

Your life is definitely not over. I am not meaning to come off as insensitive, but make time to study if you know it's your LSAT holding you back. Many people on these boards work full time and have other commitments. When I was studying for the LSAT I worked from 7:30-5:30 every day and was pursuing my Masters degree at night as well. It is definitely doable. Just put the time in and sign up for a retake once you get a 160+.
Already taken it three times. Thanks for the astute advice.

Those are good numbers. I would try applying extremely early in next year's cycle. That'll increase your admission and scholarships odds.
