to be fair, I also haven't submitted yet, so that might have something to do with not having received a JS1 yet.

So should those of us who submitted mid-September and haven't received a JS1 yet assume we are out of the running for being one of the late November admits? Or might there be another round of JS1s for November interviews? Can anyone shed any light on this?

It seems like most of the people who have gotten JS1s so far have really high numbers.

First, I don't think you're out of the running for the Turkey Day Surprise. Someone should look through last year's thread to make sure, but my instinct is telling me that there will be one more round of JS1's/interviews in the next two weeks. If your interview is done before Thanksgiving, you still have a shot at making the TDS cut*.
Second, I remember reading something about the order in which they read applications (I think it was from KB, but I might be mistaken). They sort the apps by LSAT score, so the numbers in the poll don't surprise me at all. If you have lower numbers, they may not have read your file yet, so don't lose hope! If you have higher numbers, you may need to wait a bit longer until they filter through the apps again. Unless you're Xylo. If you're Xylo, JS is just playing games with you, your JS1 will come soon enough.
*If my memory is right, there was one person (a 180 type, but still) who got a JS1 and interview just days before the TDS and still made the cut.
