Breaking lease on a 1b/1ba right in Coolidge Corner (so available 7/1) to move to Chicago for school. Great unit (wood floors, large closets, 700+ sq. ft., 6th floor) and better building (small gym, elevator, etc.). 15 minutes to BU Law by T or 20 minute walk (see here). I received the admit call in Januaryand my admit package including my initial scholarship offer about a week later. I applied the first week of March for financial aid, and received my need-based aid offer a couple of weeks later. If they come up a little bit more, I'll send in my deposit this week
