Does $$ come with the packet through the mail? Also, I actually really need a flashdrive so I'm getting pretty anxious for this package to get here.

You'll get the USB drive, but no word on money until February at the earliest.

That'd be funny if they gave people with higher numbers larger flash drives
Eh...

I'm starting to get a big ol' crush on WUSTL and St. Louis.

It also makes me feel a little better that the "lawschoolscam" loon thinks that Dean Syverud is running the school well. I would try to find a link, but that blog depresses me.

Also, Tamanaha teaches at least one 1L class every year, I'm pretty sure.

What's the deal with the Blog?
He is a CU Boulder law prof that likes peeing in everyone's cheerios. He makes some good points though. Here is the link even though this belongs in the recession panic megapost thread: http://insidethelawschoolscam.blogspot.com/

And Tamanaha does a lot of good work discussing how legal education is broken and how to fix it.

Does anyone know what schools WUSTL considers to be peer schools? I'm thinking/hoping Emory and W&L but I suspect that its ND, GW, University of Washington etc.

I'm suspecting it's the latter since WUSTL claims the ranking plunge is temporary due to their transparency.

I kinda want to go to ASD again this year to meet people for funsies since it's only like a 20 minute drive for me. I should probably try to not get day drunk again though.

I'm debating whether or not I should book. I'm actually thinking of flying from CA to Chicago and driving to STL. Tickets would cost about half as much.

Where's everyone staying?

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
Just kidding ... it's still FREE!
