Do you mind sharing what your merit based offer was? I have virtually the same numbers as you, with no scholarship offer I'm hoping my mailed package will have something?

I got nothing either and there's people with #s way above mine and below mine who got various amounts. Not sure what UCLA's line of reasoning is.

Congrats to all of the admits!! I've been falling in love with UCLA. Considering it's only 5 miles from the Pacific Ocean, it would be hard not to!

For the last time y'all...I want to practice in Cali. The highest ranked school I've gotten is NYU (which AFAIK doesn't do that great into Cali, I've never been to NYC so am not jumping at the chance to go to the opposite side of the country). I have NO money from any school and would happily attend UCLA if they threw me some $$$$, as I'm very debt-averse. My family and friends are an hour away from UCLA.

Anela00 is in at H and got a full ride at UCLA. He/she probably has great softs or something and that's why they got that, and everyone's theory of "why waste a scholly on someone that won't attend" is BS, because...anela. I just need to call UCLA and start asking about $, I suppose.

I completely understand, and if I were you I would be negotiating with UCLA for some serious scholarship moneys, but with Boalt knocking on your door, I expect you will be staring out over the bay come August. Just a hunch.

Boalt is notoriously stingy. Just gotta play the deck and see what happens, I guess. Regardless, I wish everyone the best in their cycles and hope everyone achieves their reaches!

For those who have been admitted, did any of you apply to the Epstein public interest program? Just wondering if that makes it a significantly longer wait...

I applied, i was told that would come at a later date, per phone call from UCLA. I was soe damm excited that i dont remeber exacty what he said about it.
