Hear hear. I've been on hold since before Christmas because they couldn't make a decision on me prior to the holidays, and my status hasn't changed from 12/22. I emailed to casually see if they'd gotten my final transcripts, and they have. Apparently my sly "hey, hey, so, enough about me, let's talk about you. What do you think of me?" email checkup didn't do anything :/

Thanks, not URM, Caucasian. I think I got in because of my softs, diverse work experience, as well as my undergraduate school (double major from NYU Stern).

Am I correct there's no ASW for BC? I poked around the website and couldn't find one...

The school sounds great. I'm only a little concerned about the location, as I spent undergrad in a city before moving to the suburbs for grad school and I'm really missing city life. Anyone willing to schedule a mini ASW for late March? I'd love to meet some potential future classmates.

Someone in the BU thread said it was March 30th. It conflicts with BUs second ASD.

Hey, I don't know about the ASW, but as a BC undergraduate, I can tell you that while BC is in the suburbs, it's definitely very easy to get downtown. The law school campus is separate from the main campus by about a mile, and unless you have a car you will take the BC shuttle bus to get there. Most students end up living in Cleveland Circle or in Brighton/Allston, because Newton is super expensive. From Cleveland Circle, it's about a 25min T ride to downtown, plus there are busses that will connect you to Harvard Sq. and Jamaica Plain.

I definitely recommend a visit, though! And don't be scared about the location, it's honestly not as bad as it would seem. Congrats on your acceptance!

Thanks for all the information! I definitely missed the 'events' tab on the admitted students website. So glad it falls during my spring break. I hope to visit and am sure you'll all be admitted by then to join me :)

What does it mean if my status changed from File Complete, to Under Review, back to File Complete?

Does BC really hold just one ASD? I'd like to check it out but it's on the same day as one of BUs ASDs and I don't think I can make it up to Boston two weekends in a row.

Did anyone ever figure out what that blank 1/31 mailing was all about? I had it post on my status checker, but still haven't heard anything from BC.

+1, the only thing I can think of is it was referring to that email.
