I shouldn't have posted that and hoped that jason would just go ahead and apply RDlsatcrazy wrote:My bad, apologies.JamMasterJ wrote:no, you can delete the RD app and restart with an ED onelsatcrazy wrote:You can't change it on LSAC once you start, but I think you can email the AdComm and they'll give you a form to fill out, sign, and fax over.jasonxu89 wrote:Do you guys know how to change Chicago RD application to an ED one. Thanks! But the delete application button is grey.... It won't let me do that.JamMasterJ wrote:no, you can delete the RD app and restart with an ED onelsatcrazy wrote:You can't change it on LSAC once you start, but I think you can email the AdComm and they'll give you a form to fill out, sign, and fax over.jasonxu89 wrote:Do you guys know how to change Chicago RD application to an ED one. Just finish up the RD one and then call the admissions office to let them know you want to apply ED. That's what the UChi website says to do.jasonxu89 wrote:Thanks! If you've started the application, but haven't transmitted it, the delete application button will be grey so long as the application already has recommendations assigned. Either do what Tiago Splitter said, or go remove the recommendations for that app and then try deleting.jasonxu89 wrote:Thanks! But the delete application button is grey.... ED decisions are supposed to be done by end of December. Any idea when they plan to start?

For the past four years, it's been some date between 12/18 - 12/21 for acceptances, and rejections/WLs seem to come about 10 days later.JamMasterJ wrote:ED decisions are supposed to be done by end of December. Any idea when they plan to start?

Possible anxiety over nothing: I went complete on 10/11 (RD) and my status checker still hasn't switched over to Under Review. Is anyone else still sitting at complete for almost a month and at what point should I be concerned?

I went complete 9/9 and went UR 10/21. It just takes a long time.annyong wrote:Possible anxiety over nothing: I went complete on 10/11 and my status checker still hasn't switched over to Under Review. What's that gonna do?Prayin'.
If you check LSN, 3.95+ 169 is an ED lock (for the last few years, at least). Not to jinx you (or me)...

"It is normal for your application to remain at “Complete” and then at “Under Review” for several weeks while your file is in line for evaluation."JamMasterJ wrote:did it say how long it would be?seanPtheB wrote:Went complete today, submitted RD on 10/30
This is all the email gave in terms of how long it would be.
