I've had a really good cycle, with 5 acceptances and 1 wait list. Still waiting on CU and one other, and now I'm starting to get nervous that CU might hand me my only ding!

Colorado has a much lower acceptance rate than does Indiana probably due to preferred location of the Boulder & Denver area. Boulder is often ranked as the number one college town in the US while also enjoying a reputation as a great place for young professionals & families to live.

Remember that CU is also definitely a small law school. I think last year's incoming class was only 180.

I know you've already got good news, but to those who are waiting still they've insisted that they review applicants in the order that they receive the completed files. They also mentioned that it generally takes 6-8 weeks upon completion to get a decision. I'm not sure if this speeds up later in the cycle as they work to finish it.

I got a reply email, they still haven't finished putting my file together. They were waiting on "hard copy" LSAC and CAS stuff. What the crap? Then 6-8 weeks for decision.

Edit: it was all sent electronically on the 10th.

My decision from CU came exactly 8 weeks (to the day!) from when I went complete.

Colorado has about 550 law students while Indiana has approximately 620.

it took 11 weeks for me to get a decision if that helps at all...

ahhhh, yes - i've heard a good bit about it, sounds dark and very good....but i'm one of those people who never goes to movies, so i'll make sure i catch it on dvd...
