yeah this website is extremely elitist so not everything you hear is correct, hang in there with the hastings app, I think you have a good shot
Yeah almost 30 points below median LSAT = good shot.
like profitprophet said, his app is still in contention and LSAT isn't even that important in the admissions process, let alone for the LEOP admissions, what he may lack in LSAT score, he oculd've made it up by other aspects of his app, don't be so negative
They're still 21 points below the LEOP median. 157 is in the 70th percentile of scorers. 136 is the 7th percentile. I'm not being negative, I'm being realistic. Someone that scores that low on the LSAT shouldn't be given false hope.
who's giving false hope? we are just saying there is decent hope, especially given his app was sent in few weeks ago and is still being reviewed, suggesting at least he is not an auto-ding, and again, LSAT isn't the only factor for the admissions process

BTW Anyone can take the 10 to 1 odds so if you guys believe he has a better than 10 percent chance it should be easy money.

No. there is zero hope. A snowball's chance in hell maybe, a 1 in 100,000 chance, but decent hope? No.

too negative, too pessimistic, just because you guys have done better on the LSAT than the poster with 136 lsat, doesn't mean that you should over-exaggerate the effect of your accomplishments, kudos on ur lsat scores, but doesn't have to put down other posters to make ya'all feel good

it's not that, my LSAT is considered a shitty score on TLS. It's the fact that you're telling someone who scored worse than 93% of people that they have a decent shot getting into a school where most people score better than 90% of people. LSAT and GPA by and far remain the deciding factor in school admissions and to pretend otherwise it dumb. Sure, there are a few anomalies of people getting in with 10 pts below median, but not 30 pts. We're not being elitist, we're being knowledgeable about how this shit works.

you guys need to stop trolling, if you have a bad LSAT and with a 4.0 GPA, u got scholly from william and marry, just proves LSAT isn't that important, profitprophet could easily make up his LSAT with other factors

Lol pretty sure his bad LSAT is at least 30 points higher than 136.

If he can "easily" make it up, you should take the 10 to 1 odds. There are independent escrow services we can use.

Ill put 10 bucks on that at even odds if you put 100 on the 136 getting into hastings at 10 to 1.

You win. It's only 29 points. but a 165 gets shit on on TLS plenty enough.

it is important but not as important as what u make it sounds to be, 136 is good enough for LEOP hastings with solid softs and gpa

The guy did say he was persistently unemployed. Doesn't sound like stellar softs to me.
