Overall a great impression. AD's coverage of where to live was 180 for sure. Very helpful in getting a lay of the land.

If there's going to be a bump, it's going to be after the first deposit deadline, so sit tight! Money gets re-apportioned after each deposit because the composition of the class changes as kids withdraw.

we got it over the summer last year before orientation. I think it was around the time section assignments came out? Maybe a little earlier

Most schools overestimate the costs to err on the side of caution.

Unless you're TRYING to spend that much, you won't. Just buy used books or rent them.

I bought used casebooks and a supplement or two for each class and i didn't spend nearly that much. Grand total i spent Fall semester was probably around 350-400? And i bought way too many supplements. I spent significantly less this semester because i didn't buy any supplements. The only supps i have this term were handed down to me by 3Ls and 2Ls

You can live an extremely nice lifestyle if you were to take out the full amount (although you probably shouldn't). COL in StL is so low.

Can you still borrow the full unsubsidized stafford loan if you have a full scholarship? Will it be paid out directly to you?
