Haha ikr? My numbers twin was outright dinged in like January, so I'm assuming it's only a matter of time. I'm mostly sticking around for the lulz available in this thread.

I think they just shredded my app. I had no business lasting this long, let alone making it onto the WL. But, while I'm here:

KB, I love you. So call me, maybe?

You should double check with the school's deposit policy. Some schools require you to withdraw from every school you applied to even if the decision was not rendered there.

They don't require it, they "request" or "expect" it because LSAC specifically bars them from requiring it. See the Stanford/Yale admissions blogs. Misinformation about deposit requirements has been a major problem this year because schools have (seemingly intentionally) used vague language in their deposit agreements that makes it seem as though they must withdraw pending applications or WLs, when in fact that is simply untrue.

Edit: Even schools like Uchi which specifically requested that you withdraw pending apps and WLs acknowledged during the Admitted Student Chat that it was a request not a requirement. So you have no need to worry. :)
Law schools...what can I say :D

I'll stay on the WL. But I want to tell them I don't open e-mail attachments so I need a phone call or snail mail to confirm my spot on the WL.

Just confirmed my spot on the WL. I guess I'll ride it until I start making housing plans for this fall

That's nuts that you were waitlisted with that LSAT. Did you apply late?

Is anyone noticing an order to the WL's? It kind of seems like they're going through by submission/completion dates.

Didn't you just also hear from Stanford and Columbia within the last day or so?

They were especially cruel with me: applied mid-October, KB1 in December, held January, WL just now.

But my cycle turned out way better than I expected, can't complain. Good luck to everyone still hanging on! I have a feeling there's gonna be more straight admits before the curtain falls.

Heh yeah; the last three schools I was waiting to hear from suddenly break all of their silence within a 12 hour period.

Held in March. No news since then. No KB/JS 1. Does this mean I'll be getting a ding any day now?

So, does this mean it's pretty much over?

Just went to status checker and am still under review 3/23 (the day I was held). Anyone else still on hold without JS1/KB1?
