If not, probably not.SplitMyPants wrote:Since we've been so good at speculating thus far, what do y'all think regarding possible JS2s for the last 2 weeks worth of interviewees? So who will be the first person you tell after you get your JS2?
lol also how many people will post a FB status about it? I think its fair game as long as its not douchy with a picture / instagram shot of your acceptance letter

I'm surprised everyone skipped over the guy who posted he got a JS2 via email yesterday. What do we think? True? False? Implications?

So my file went complete early December but I took December LSAT, which wasn't received until early January.
Should I have heard either way by now?

Cvolz wrote:Yes I did mean JS2..I believe that tomorrow is the day they are sending out most JS2s. This is because I received mine in the form of email (no phone call) due to the fact that I conducted my skype interview while I was in the UK meaning an international call would be necessary. I got the email around 5 and I think I would have received the call and email tomorrow had a call not be impractical. Anyway....my stats are 177/3.94 JS1 on Dec 14
If his numbers are real, a JS2 would sound reasonable. The thing is I don't know if his numbers are real or not.

I looked at his history and he posted those same numbers in August. So, at the very least, he's consistent.bbkk wrote:lawschool22 wrote:I'm surprised everyone skipped over the guy who posted he got a JS2 via email yesterday. What do we think? True? False? Yeah, I'm thinking the numbers are real based on the (limited) post history. I just would have thought we'd have seen something on LSN by now if some decisions went out yesterday. But maybe it was a very limited number of international applicants who got the email.bbkk wrote:lawschool22 wrote:I'm surprised everyone skipped over the guy who posted he got a JS2 via email yesterday. In past waves, have international applications received emails the day before phone calls? Seems odd to me, but I have no info to judge either way.

I remember people say (i could be wrong) international applicants receive emails the day AFTER phone calls.pokemonsters wrote:In past waves, have international applications received emails the day before phone calls? Seems odd to me, but I have no info to judge either way.

IIRC, there was a case this cycle in which an international reported a JS2 email well before calls started going out, and people weren't sure if it was BS at first. Not sure it was close to a 24 hour difference though.

I kind of remember that. It was actually someone reporting about a friend's JS2 I think, which made everyone even more suspicious lol. But it ended up being true. I think it was the day of though IIRC.drawstring wrote:IIRC, there was a case this cycle in which an international reported a JS2 email well before calls started going out, and people weren't sure if it was BS at first. It's just weird that no one else on tls or lsn reported an acceptance.

Congrats! Well, we know they're working. And based on some voodoo analysis we did a few pages back, JS1's actually make it more likely we'll see JS2's todaycee cee wrote:Got a JS1 invite today! I got the 'complete' email on 1/16.

Don't do it! Seriously, you have a whole YEAR until you need to be stressing out over applications on TLS (not that anyone ever needs to be on TLS stressing over applications, but you know).zaetoroftheprotoss wrote:I'm not even applying this cycle, but I am living and dying based on what I hear in this thread..prolly refresh the page 50x a day to see if there is any movement instead of studying for the June LSAT X_X
Go study, kill the LSAT, write your PS while you wait for your score, turn your applications in on day one, and stay off this subforum until September. HTH.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
