Did they not get enough applicants?... They have enough people on waitlists and people who are still waiting for a response.. are they just trying to raise their application numbers?

It would be pretty unfair for them to take applications when they have no expectation of admitting anyone that applies after the deadline. Of course, that does not mean they won't do it. I'd like to think it means they are looking for "better" applicants then some people on the wait ist (sorry!). I say this, selfishly, because it means my chances could be higher! It's definitely strange though.

I updated to 3/7/11 today. Does anyone know what the web address is for the ASW that applicants have been requesting usernames for to find out if they've been admitted?

Thanks! Bloom county and Calvin and Hobbes were staples of my childhood, though in the case of BC I don't think I really got most of the jokes. Seems like there is a consensus then. ASW won't work today for admitted students. If waitlist emails go out, they go out today, I think. So for all the 3/7 lets hope we don't get THAT email. I already got 2 today so I don't want to hear bad news from GULC.

not clear that emails go out the same day. law4vus got an update last week on wednesday and didnt get the WL email til friday...

(i spend too much time on this thread)

did your complete date change on the status checker? or is it still the same from when you got waitlisted?
