Not necessarily. There were quite a few acceptances in Dec last year for people who submitted in November (which was after the EA deadline). But then, everything should be pushed back 2 weeks this year, so maybe, maybe not?

after what time of day do we know it's not a dday? do they usually update status checkers throughout the day or all at once?

It seems law schools (usually) do not have a problem accepting anyone very early as long as their stats are great. Some people from other schools got accepted within a matter of days after going complete by RD. Even being chosen earlier then the ED applicants.

Btw does anyone's fordham status checker say that one is EA? Mine just says complete and program type "day". is that the same as everyone else?

I think they have to send out something this week, they are down to 14 days....unless we are all getting deffered to RA, I see no point in waiting till the last possible moment.

after applying on 11/17, I finally received an e-mail thanking me for my application and providing me with my own online status checker. I figured Fordham would take some time in getting back to me but DAMN...they're running behind! i wonder if fordham could be that school at the end of my cycle that can make it or break it for me.

Is fordham being flooded with apps or what? And have any URMs heard back from fordham yet?

Congrats to those who have been accepted and best of luck to everybody else!

i applied on 11/18 and am still waiting for confirmation that my file has gone complete.

edit: just got my application complete confirmation e-mail this evening. it was hiding in my junk e-mail filter for some extraordinarily odd reason.

My status has been at "complete" since 11/16.... does Fordham tell you when you're under review? If so, how long did it take for you guys to go from "complete" to "under review"?

me too me too! why the hell is it taking so long? Based on the schools you applied to, you must have strong # for Fordham, which I believe I have too but still nothing even though 12/15 is fast approaching
