it's quite frustrating that THIS is the yr HLS may change things up, so we're all somewhat left in the dark until probably thanksgiving, when we may be better able to gauge how different (or similar) JR is handling things.

would suck to get a waitlist letter instead of a JR2 tho haha, but better early than late!

That would make sense - plus some people just lie. I knew of a girl who was going around telling people she was going to HLS... the summer before she even applied.

i wouldn't call it a gossip "chain", but it is hearsay, so take it or leave it. i can see all you future lawyers furrowing your brows in disapproval.

don't mean to freak anyone out, just thought if anyone cared about this it would be TLS ppls. also, who's to say JR isn't speeding things along this year?

I think most people are grateful for the information, they just legitimately doubt its veracity.

it is just very doubtful because no one on LSN has received a JS2 yet and no one on TLS has either (assuming they'd post)...and some on LSN and TLS have AMAZING numbers coughT14marbletopcough.

Sent my app 10/15, under review 10/21, complete 10/28.

I'm excited. And relieved. And nervous. Ahh!

congrats, you two! a 9/17 and 10/15 submission... JR is so unpredictable, sigh. we're getting close to the 2 month mark for september applicants. hopefully the onslaught of WL/R's isn't coming just yet for non-interviewees.

lawschoolkrr, don't worry about it. Most people don't think it went well, but still get that call back. As long as you didn't say something incredibly stupid, it won't hurt
