Is there an admitted students trick for their site?

Do you have to officially register for ASW or just get a hotel and show up? I'm thinking of asking for a two week extension on the seat deposit and going to the one in late March.

I'm pretty sure they want you to sign up. I think lunch is provided and it's probably just easier for them if they have a head count. But I also don't see you getting turned away if you don't. I also have 0 facts to directly support my assumptions.

When you get an e-mail from Notre Dame inviting you to attend a reception in D.C....and the subject line uses the wrong form of "you're/your"

6 days after going "decision made." Supplies are running thin. Barely enough funds remain to purchase the alcohol so necessary to stave off crippling neuroticism.
Banner adds on tls continue to taunt us with adds for hotels in south bend.

"Soon" we tell ourselves. Soon we will hear the news. Soon we will be free again.

Been a few less days for me. We definitely got dinged or waitlisted. I didn't write the essays, which I'm assuming is the explanation for my situation.

FYI mine came later and I got offered a significant amount of money, so I wouldn't worry if you don't get anything right away

Anyone know if there is a maximum amount for the ASW travel stipend? I'm going to be traveling from the West Coast, and the price tag is very hefty. The email I received doesn't give a maximum amount, but I could've sworn I read $400 somewhere...

I just emailed them asking the same thing (I'm from California) and they said $400 is the max.

Decision made, and the seat deposits are showing- but it's been 24 hours, and no email. I'm sure many people did get the email past 24 hours too, but getting restless here.

Did you notice if your last complete date updated right before decision made?

Yes, I don't know if it updated multiple times, but I noticed the date updated again 3 days before decision made.
