166/3.55 got fee waiver...amberb94 wrote:BU hates me so much y'all. First they made me wait for my fall grades and submit those (my grades improved) and now my status checker has been completely blank for like a week. Also, they never gave me a few waiver so they're the only place I paid full price to apply to. I have a 170/3.59.

Wait seriously? I only paid full price for BU and Harvard. I was kind of peeved, but also love Boston so figured it was worth it.Greenteachurro wrote:

EDIT: 3.6X/170
I got a 153 the first time on the LSAT so maybe that was why they didn't give me a waiver? Still thought it was kinda weird.

It was a letter about their experiential learning program.
At least I knew what to expect from you! My roommate texted and told me I got something from BU, but at least my hope didn't get too high.

Has anyone who applied for the Public Interest Scholars program received a decision?

Congratulations--that is beyond exciting!
Now pass your luck on to me! (; I'm in similar circumstances and got WL last year so I'm still holding out hope.

Mine aren't "very strong" but are strong enough that I'm shocked I haven't heard. Complete around the same time.lawnerd87 wrote:Has anyone else whose stats should be considered very strong for BU been kept waiting for what feels like forever? Went complete early November and radio silence since.

Same. Went complete late November. I'm from the West Coast and I'm trying to plan a trip out to see BU, but this uncertainty is killing my travel plans.lawnerd87 wrote:Has anyone else whose stats should be considered very strong for BU been kept waiting for what feels like forever? In as of a week or so ago, 164/3.79. I love the school and have been up to visit; I'm just worried about how much $$ they'll give me, if any. :/ I've got strong offers (full ride at Indiana, $$ at Alabama, $$ nearing full tuition at UGA) so I don't know if I can justify paying anything close to full tuition to go here.

Looking at mylsn, seems like people with your numbers tend to get 70k ish.. I wouldn't feel so discouraged. From what I gather, BU has a solid reputation for being generousareyn22 wrote:In as of a week or so ago, 164/3.79. That's good to know!! Thanks! I'll have to wait until their scholarship offers come out before I make a final decision.mrtux45 wrote:Looking at mylsn, seems like people with your numbers tend to get 70k ish..
