Disappointed to see GW fall in this year's US News rankings... from 22 down to 25

side note - has anyone heard back regarding scholarship reconsideration?

A fall from 22 to 25 is still relatively minor. Rankings tend to fluctuate a decent amount, especially outside of T-14. By next year, it could be up to 20, you never know! Definitely should not play much role if any in deciding what school to attend.

Just got the email... "Your request to be considered for additional scholarship funding has been reviewed, but unfortunately, the Scholarship Committee is unable to increase your award."

Just got a scholarship after submitting for reconsideration and not initially getting one.

They just sent me an email bumping my scholarship up another 5k a year. I gave them a much higher offer from a peer school, so I'm a bit disappointed.

Just received the email and I got a bump in my scholarship too. I had also sent a letter to admissions about the scholarship reconsideration.

Email saying they were unable to increase. Given the extraordinarily high COA and my significantly higher offers from higher ranked schools, I'm bummed. Will be withdrawing.

I haven't heard back! But I did submit close to the deadline, maybe 3 or 4 days before it was due. I'm not sure if that's relevant here, though
