Congrats on all of the interview invites.
Do we have a count of who's submitted and who's been invited?
This would help our predictive ability when compared to previous years

This spreadsheed has what you're looking for, but of course it's self-reported data and a small sample size.Rhetoricus wrote:Congrats on all of the interview invites.

Good luck everyone! An interview is a great first step to that wonderful acceptance.

Had my interview recently- any idea on how likely an interview is to lead to an admit? Also, though a long shot for anybody including myself, do initial Rubenstein awards go out in early March, or do some come out earlier?

Applied early September, my status tracker has changed a couple of times, latest was 11/16 no interview request. Is it more than likely a dinge coming my way?

So, what shall we expect in the interview aside from the typical "why Chicago" and "why law" questions?

Yeah I'd be interested to know what portion of interviews turn into admittances into the school as well. Anyone have any info/has this already been discuss in this thread?johnlocke wrote:Had my interview recently- any idea on how likely an interview is to lead to an admit? Alas, the spreadsheet's usefulness is somewhat diminished when only two people admitted to being denied. Maybe I can interpret people who just left it at decision pending as a ding?pittsburghpirates wrote:Last year's spreadsheet:StringerSoprano_6062 wrote:Yeah I'd be interested to know what portion of interviews turn into admittances into the school as well. Re: Chicago C/O 2019 Applicants (2015-2016)
As decision time is fast approaching for many of you, I'm willing to answer any questions anyone may have about the school or the city. For any questions I am unequipped to answer I have plenty of resources to supplement my knowledge (or, more appropriately, my lack-there-of).
My perspective may be a bit different than that of some. As a transfer student, having another school to directly compare UChi with really throws UChi's highlights into sharp relief for me (this also means I did go through the traditional application process as well - interview and all). Chicago is a great place to be, GL with your cycle.
