Today my phone rang with a 310 area code. I got super excited and thought that this was the big UCLA decision!
Unfortunately, it was just a west coast alum from a school to which I have already been accepted (Iowa) calling to ask if I had any questions about that school. Nice gesture, but it was not the 310 call I was hoping for.
I wish UCLA at least had a status checker!!

After missing that phone call, I received an email about admitted students weekend and a Facebook group today. I'll take that as a "yes."
I went LSAC-complete on 1/20, and missed the call on 2/6. 17 days. I am legit impressed.

For those who were admitted, how long did it take to receive an acceptance email after the phone call? I emptied out my junk mail and I hope that the email wasn't accidentally sent to that folder...

It took me 3 days to get my email. I started to think the call was a dream and it didn't actually happen.ReverseViceVersa wrote:For those who were admitted, how long did it take to receive an acceptance email after the phone call? I'm actually glad they don't because I'd be completely crippled by it

Agreed, I haven't even logged into any of the other status checkers. Stressing doesn't give me a better chance of getting in. Just gives me a better chance of being soul crushed.krispymenudo wrote:LyricsToLitigation wrote:Boom.capt_slow wrote:UCLA really needs a status checker to obsess over.

DING! ... probably because I didn't pay my alumni association membership... or maybe cause my LSAT was below the median... who knows... at least the wait is over.
Good luck everyone! I'm out.... of this thread.
