I called admissions a while back they said that will have made a decision on the preliminary waitlist people or moved them to the regular, ranked waitlist by March 15. I suspect we have a lot of sitting on our hands to do.

Would that mean you get instate tuition for the second year, or would you have to wait until the third?

My status checker doesn't list the scholarship mailing. Good luck!

Great, us prelim waitlisters are getting so tired of waiting! Applied in November and still no hard decision. More than likely a no though. I can't believe I was even put on prelim and not denied with my 151/ 3.66!

You can qualify for the instate rate as early as your second year.

I'm still not UR after almost three weeks. Iowa's a big reach, but I want them to at least start looking at my application! :D

Complete 1/10........IR 1/21 then 1/28 and now 2/7. WTF anyone know if this holds any significance? Could the prelim. wait-list be coming my way?

Can anyone help me with a tactful way to mention my WUSTL scholarship to see if Iowa will match it?

full ride offer in the mail? I am now sad I will not be home until late this evening, as I will be anxious for the rest of the day (though my mailbox will likely be empty)

Whoa odd... Hopefully this bodes well for the rest of us getting some scholarship information.

It would ALMOST make sense if they did a bunch of scholarship decisions in December and then they got misplaced or something. That would explain the huge delay.
