Don't worry guys, this happened to me last week and I called the admissions office (conceding to them that the stress of the process was making me paranoid). They said that they sometimes turn the mailings heading off on the status checkers so people don't know they're in "prematurely" (whatever that means). I was complete since 11/8 and nothing so far. My opinion is that they accept all the auto admits quickly. THey do state that it's modified rolling admissions and then most will hear back in March. I think they accept many, many auto admits (enough to make up the entire 1L class). Then they wait to see who accepts, withdraws, etc. Once they see how many openings are left, they pick from the rest of the pool, and then most end up with a WL or denial in March.masson wrote:wow....it seems W&M renders decisions fast! It still takes time. I'm 172, 3.7, and I went complete 11/12. My status checker was blank until 12/2.
