They're not even reimbursing for travel to ASW this year. :x
Not cool. These Chicago hotels are pricey as hell.

I wanna say, like, late March/beginning of April? That would make sense with the March 1 deadline.

ETA: Skimming through last year's thread, it looks like a lot of people got scholarship offers or "all money has been allocated" emails around March 23. There were some full ride/defer 1 yr offers sent out March 10.

How likely is it to get off a Northwestern hold into the accept pile? Anyone know off hand?

I think it's really case dependent. For those with really strong stats, I think it's more a "how much do you want it?" sort of thing. But with people below both medians, I'm sure it's a whole different situation.
tl;dr I guess it depends on the reason they held you and what they need later in the cycle.

Thanks. I originally did not submit a Why Northwestern so I'm going to submit one now.

Are there other ED Holds still waiting to hear?

Twitter mentions decisions today, but JD wasn't included.

In today! No why NU essay, but I did an on-campus interview and I think it went well.

Any idea how many times your "complete" status updated before you got a decision?

Johan on G+ a little while ago!
At this point, the Committee has read through 67% of the current applicant pool. Which means, depending on the remaining 1/3 of the pool, we may start evaluation of the hold list sooner than in previous years. If you are on hold and have not completed an interview, it's important to do one. If you wish to remain on hold, but have not done the on-line form, you should probably do the form.
Good news for the holds!

Seriously? What are you waiting for?

Now there's a charge.
