I'm sorry, I should clarify. Supposedly they'll take the higher score if you had an increase of 5 points or more and only took it twice (according to their website). I took it 3 times.
i saw that it says this on the website but i think in reality georgetown only cares about the highest score - regardless of how many times you wrote it. i wrote the LSAT three times averaging out to 165 and got accepted. my GPA is only a 3.5 so if they really averaged for those who wrote three times i think i would have been shit out of luck haha.

Thanks, that makes me feel a lot better about getting dinged with a 170.

Don't know why I think knowing this will make me more sane...
fwiw, Applied 12/18 ==> UR 1/7 ==> UR 1/22 ==> DR 1/25 3.3(HYP)/173
with the numbers in this batch i will be pretty shocked if it isn't an acceptance batch.,
your progression worries me though. i'm still on 1/7 and even though i have numbers good enough to be accepted, it seems like they moved the 1/7ers they wanted to reject or accept to another date already. i feel a WL comin for me
I stalked you a little... something about waiting for fall grades right? That might just make your effective complete date get pushed back awhile.
So now I'm just waiting. And I work late so when everyone else who went DR today starts getting their letters (*touches wood*), I'm gonna be stuck at a desk till 11pm...
Who am I kidding. I'm totally gonna ditch work.

nah man. i've been out of ug for a couple of years. i've been completely bitchslapped this cycle though so i figure it's best to be pessimistic and not get my hopes up.
i think you're in though dude, i'd put money on it.

oh, i didn't mean it like that, i'm sorry! i was just trying to make other three-timers less nervous if they read this in the future. believe me, i know how you feel - im still waiting on michigan with my 172 while like tons of people have been accepted (and already received scholarships) with the same numbers or lower. i definitely sympathize with the 'what's wrong with me?' feeling haha.

It's ok. I'm just in a crappy mood. My last 6 decisions have been WL, out, out, out, WL, out. Not exactly good for the self esteem.

Thanks buddy. I really wouldn't sweat the timing yet. This is my first real news of the cycle and it's coming a lot earlier than I expected. If you've got the chops, you'll do ok.

I'm with you bro...Ive been complete since 12.18 and UR since 1.7
I thought my numbers were good but not being in this great batch makes me a little insecure. Also I've gotten into all my safeties with tons of money, but my targets are not going as planned so far.
So we'll just have to wait and see...Maybe our apps just suck lol or maybe we'll get something soon.
goodluck

Can you share when you went UR and whether you are ED? Thanks!

Anybody know what's up with scholarship/fin aid info for admitted students? Do we have to wait until March?

Been stalking for a while but now I have a question:
If I'm DR 1/25 and I can get into the admitted students site, does that mean I'm in?

I went complete 1/5 ED for PT only. Both numbers under medians and nothing today. UR since 1/22. When was your decision rendered?

+1. I'd love to know this, too. I requested my password, and it came with a "Dear (my full name)" email, so I think it probably means we're in, unless it's some fluky system.
Anyone else have any experience with this?
