Does anyone know when the Admitted Student's Weekend is? I am in Haiti at the moment and didn't receive any official info from them other than an email from Financial Aid asking me to fill out forms and congratulating me on my acceptance.
Any information would be greatly appreciated! I know the first one coincided with Columbia's. Is that happening again in late March?
congrats! march 31-april 1
Thanks! I hope to see some of you there!

A 170 may be too low to make up for that GPA

I also just went DLS today. Applied early-December. 172, 3.6. Since it doesn't seem like WL letters have started yet, does it mean I am accepted if I did not receive a rejection e-mail? Or could I just as easily be accepted or rejected via snail mail?
Congrats (I think). What time did your status checker update?
It was updated by the time I checked this morning at around 10 est, but I'm still trying to figure out if its good news...
oooh definitely post when you find out because we have very similar numbers and I'm interested to see how that works out for you!! good luck!!
Just got in via ASW access. Good luck hope you receive similar news soon

Congrats, awesome news. But this upsets me a bit tbh... means I probably didn't need to ED as I had exact same numbers. Damn damn damn.

Mst... It probably didn't change anything for you though. Aid would still be unlikely and you got to avoid months of additional stress, so that's gotta be worth something... Right?

Yeah that's true. And the fact I'm going to manhattan/nyu law has been a wonderful conversation piece. My friends bring it up at bars non stop or in front of other people and girls love it, hahaha. On the other hand, being able to weigh a probable offer of 40-50k from Mich for a bit longer woulda had its advantages.

I considered applying ED, ended up not doing it and I don't think the decision to RD has changed anything but add a little stress with the rest of the applications. That said, the process hasn't 100% played out yet.

This is funny, I got the 54k from mich and will prob get WL at NYU (UR 10/22). You never know if you would of had both options on the table. I imagine you made your choice knowing that. It worked out for you. I thought I was giving myself options by not ED'ing but it turned out I chose not to go certain places by not ED'ing.

It has been difficult
But seriously, I am not sure I said it was a long wait. I was just more wondering who else went under review at that time.

Remain calm.

Mine took several days. I've heard of it taking as long as five days.

Yep. My DLS was sent 1/21 (a Friday) and we didn't have access until Tuesday at 5 p.m.

If you read his/her posts it looks like they are a semi-reverse splitter with a high GPA and slightly below median LSAT.
Seriously? What are you waiting for?
