Does anyone know if Fordham is a numbers or softs school?

I think it's a numbers/soft school to same extent CLS is. #'s are key.

Also, Fordham is like Berkeley. They're much more generous to early applicants.

Yeah I was an early applicant that got waitlisted. They said I was waitlisted because my numbers were too low. I tried asking CLS, and they said they were not allowed to disclose that info. I guess no law school for me this year.

If you have need, they'll probably still give you money. If not, I rather doubt it, unless you have a big scholarship at NYU or Chicago to leverage against them.

realistically, CLS WL is a soft rejection. they have not pulled from it very heavily in the past, though there certainly isn't any harm in waiting it out.

Ok, found the 2009 thread. Crap, it appears that most of the decisions come during the 2nd-3rd week of April, and there were more rejections than I had hoped for.
I really hope CLS need a PR with an interest in PI lol...

I have been told that Columbia does things continually, more-so than NYU. This year, NYU is rolling out rejections a little more steadily, but I guess they are still waiting to issue any WL. It's so late in the cycle, though, that Columbia may very well wait at this point until the end of April to do any more WL decisions. Who knows?

Sweet. I guess it's only a few more weeks of waiting. Although, the urge to end this nonsense and deposit at NYU is strong. So very strong.

I was looking into this a couple of weeks ago, and I reached the same conclusion. I'm really anxious (I don't think many holds get in), because Columbia is my dream school.
