Wow why did you apply so late with such solid numbers. Not great move my friend.
Trust me I know. One of my LoRs wasn't complete until 1/26 and I finally sent in apps then. I just wish I'd have called LSAC sooner. I've considered waiting a year but I've gotten in everywhere else I applied so I'm gonna make my decision this year and be happy with it.
As for the idea that they're holding some good ones for KB, I like your style and I just wish I believed you.

Does anyone know if people who are interviewed on the same day are accepted on the same day?

Hasn't been happening yet this year, but towards the end of last cycle there were some combo KB1/KB2's (or JR1/JR2's?) from what I remember.

What I meant was do people who have a KB1 on the same day receive a KB2 on the same day.

Do you mean if two people both have KB1s on the same day those same two people will also get KB2s, some time later, on the same day as each other? If so, I don't think there's a well established pattern of this happening. It all seems pretty random.

Ah, my bad if this is actually what you meant!

Yes that is what I meant.
So there have definitely been numerous instances where two people who had KB1's on the same day received their KB2's on different days?

Got held today too

App sent in late January, really surprised I got held at this point was expecting a straight reject. Guess I'm hoping for a WL at this point?

To be honest bro, this cycle is so bizaar I wouldn't call it just yet.. The fact that they are still pondering this late has to be a good sign. Keep the faith

Yeah that is really weird that holds are still going out. How can they even say that they need to see what the rest of the applicant pool looks like at this point?

Waiting for lower T14 big scholarship withdrawals so they can maximize their yield maybe?

Anyone else notice that we've had a few waitlists pop up on LSN recently? Have we had any reported on here...?

It is possible that they are held emails being interpreted as waitlists.

If you think the job is a punishment, why are you going to law school?
Also--new KB1s: congratulations! How low of GPAs are we talking about here?
Are you saying that you can't do anything else than biglaw? Fortunately, Harvard allows for you to go to other places.
The only thing I will say about biglaw is that it is shitty for the debt. It seems med school is the safest bet--salaries of 200k-1M after residency (2-7 years). A family member of mine makes 200k by working 3 days a week and refuses to work more (shortage of docs). Not a bad deal if you ask me. Law and med both drain you--med just seems to suck your soul much less....
You should not be applying to law school.

I haven't been active on this forum, because until last week I hadn't heard a peep from Harvard since I applied.. I did apply late though. Had my KB1 today.
