I am still CRFR. I agree that this is quite ridiculous. I am hoping that after today's seat deposit deadline we'll see some more activity from Bama.

Just got another call from admissions. It sounded like the whole Adcomm on speakerphone. They all yelled "APRIL FOOLS!!!" laughed and hung up...

WTF Bama? I withdrew from you a month ago, yet you still proceed to reject me, then send me an email saying I'm wait listed? I don't get you! You can't reject me AFTER I withdrawl!

I kinda wanna go to the ASD, considering it's 3 mins from my apartment. I wonder if they'll let me do that, considering I withdrew last week. Hmm...I do kinda want to know if I made a mistake, like everyone else seems to think I did...

I'm a 2L here at Bama. I will tell yall that part of the problem is that we've gotten around twice as many applications this year as last year. I imagine it's really thrown the admissions committee for a loop. I don't know when the deadline for reserving your seat is, but once it passes, there will likely be a whole new batch of acceptances.

Withdrew yesterday, so I hope that frees up a spot and sends out some money to some of you. UofA is a great school, if we had family living a little closer, my wife and I would have likely chosen it over our other options!

MrsTrucker: Hey all, we just got back home from the ASD on Friday. It was great! Got to meet some really nice people (including a certain TLS lurker...ya know who you are!). We put a deposit down on an apartment, and signed the financial aid papers. It's official, we are really going.
