Re: Cornell c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
Hi all!
Originally, my Interview Requested said December 1st, but I interviewed earlier this week but today my date changed to say 12/8. Does anyone know what this means? (If anything...getting antsy! I'm an undergrad here and anxious to find out if I get to spend another 3 years in Ithaca!)

Re: Cornell c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
It is an accepted students page. They take forever to accept a request to join. I think they forget about the class pages, mostly. If yours is anything like mine, it's pretty useless anyway. You'll have better luck getting questions answered by emailing them directly or posting here. If you're looking to connect with potential roommates, though, it's a good place to start. Fellow students tend to be the ones that respond quickly.Keilz wrote:Just requested to join the class of 2020 Facebook page, but thought it was an accepted students page. Also recommend Myronslist for roommates or room listings. I'm not sure if you can use it before you get your Cornell email, but it's a great mini-craigslist for the law school, useful for buying books and supplements.

Re: Cornell c/o 2020 Applicants (2016-2017)
That being said, some of the written questions on the Cornell interview do kinda come out of left field. I had a one asking me to take and support a position on a very esoteric policy issue...zeglo wrote:No. that is not a legal question.call-me-bubbles wrote:This question wasn't on the list posted earlier, but does anyone know if things like this are actual questions, or just for the practice round?

About how long is the wait for Cornell to reach back to you after you've done an interview?

Well it seems to be a connection problem. I don't know what country you are in but try to find somewhere with stable internet. Also, don't use wifi if possible. Use an Ethernet cord. Wireless connections connect and reconnect (almost instantly) which may cause an issue with the interview.

IIRC from being an applicant last year, a date change after you interview means you should expect a decision sometime over the next few days, right? if so, I should expect one this coming week!
