Has anyone who is still waiting for a scholarship offer, try calling to inquire if and how much they will be offered?

At the admitted students event last week, they said they're going to email need base info sometime this week.

Does anyone have any tips on negotiating with BU? They sent me a revised offer after I sent them my offers from other schools and the increase was so tiny it didn't even compare to my other offers. I don't even know how to approach another negotiation w them at this point?

Are you gonna ask for more? BU was my top choice and I thought I get at lease half tuition with an above 75th LSAT but I guess not

Im not sure. They way BU and BC has gone I might just have to avoid both in general. Shame. My dad went to law school in Boston and has been incredibly successful over the years. But looks like not me.

BU and BC gave me the same amount of money. do you think there is anyway to play them against each other?
GW also gave me the same amount and would be a lower COL because I could commute from home but that did not cause BU to raise my offer.

if i double deposited at BU and BC do you think my scholly would increase?

or is BC/BU and GW a better double deposit?

ideally i want to end up in boston but with more scholly money

thanks in advance!

Do you guys think we'll hear about need-based aid before April 1st?

I heard today. 10k, putting me at 25/yr. 75th LSAT 50th-75th GPA. Very excited about the increase, but still scared about COA.

I heard today as well. I had also recently sent in a merit aid negotiation email and they kind of positioned this as a response to it? Anybody else do this? Not sure if I should take this as a response to my merit aid negotiation or not.

Same. Also confused. They said it was in response to need based application, not negotiations, but they called it a scholarship, which implies merit.

Thanks for the replies! I applied after the March 1st priority deadline so maybe that's why I haven't received a response.

Should we be responding? I have no clue how to respond.

Can I ask how you all are getting so much need based aid? Were you not required to post your parent's income?
