Thanks!! Stanford has always been my top choice. I was going to move to San Jose next week no matter what (my husband is a software engineer), but this makes the move much more joyful!

Hi guys!

Just reporting another acceptance - a friend of mine from high school got in today. He's 1 year out of college (Ivy UG), with a 170/3.85. Good luck to the rest of y'all!

He submitted in September - right after the app came out, if that helps

Good luck y'all! Excited to see all the new admits around here next year. And if you're still waiting...don't sweat it too much - I submitted in early October and didn't get into HLS until April 1st and SLS until July 1st (off the waitlist). It'll work out for all of you

Not as far as has been reported here/on LSN. Think the latest I saw was 10/09.

I still haven't gotten my status checker after applying a week and a half ago, so I called and they said that the app's still processing but it's taking a bit longer nowadays. Since most people reported getting SCs within a few days of applying, I'm guessing that means they're pretty behind.

Also I REALLY wish I'd checked more about the school-specific letter thing when I was asking for recs. One of my reccers went to Stanford for undergrad and everything, she totally would have had things to say.

Well this is probably a stupid question. But my status has been "Your file has been submitted for review" since 1/7. According to the "What To Expect…" thread, this should only stay this way for a few days. I wonder what is happening arghhhhhhh.

it means that getting to submitted for review from incomplete shouldn't take more than a few days. that's the last status until a decision is made
