Still holding onto hope that they'll send out a wave of emails today, just as they did two weeks ago.

I made that argument with the understanding that you are a vet. even without expense as a consideration, you are only helping yourself by retaking. It's your life, and I can't make you do what I say, but I think that, in most cases, twenty one year olds should not go to law school. I am not much older myself, but I know that my perspective has changed a great deal since twenty one.FairchildFLT wrote:I applied for free, I'm going to law school for free as well (GI Bill), if I get in cool, if not I'll retest.LSATneurotic wrote:Man, if I were you I would sit out a year before going to law school. So looking at the calendar the only days Michigan has released decisions have been some type of holiday: Halloween, Election Day, and Veterans Day... Just some food for thought

Completely disagree, I'm only 21, and I don't see myself being in a better position in 2 years or whatever.LSATneurotic wrote:

Yeah, I think it just depends on the individual. If someone is wavering, my advice is to sit out. It sounds like Fairchild knows what he wants to do and has had some life experience (he's served, for god's sake!) and it's not as though he's trying to go to Florida Coastal, so I don't really see the point in trying to talk him out of it.Dream_weaver32 wrote:Completely disagree, I'm only 21, and I don't see myself being in a better position in 2 years or whatever.LSATneurotic wrote:

Exactly, he is probably older (maturity wise) than most of us after going through service.hillz wrote:Yeah, I think it just depends on the individual. If someone is wavering, my advice is to sit out. Exactly, the career field I want to go into requires paying your dues, why would I waste 2-3 years when those years could be essential.90convoy wrote:I also just turned 21...why would I waste time and do something else if I want to do law? Life is short
