In at 9:44 EST on the 10th day, no "Why Duke" statement. Love the priority track!

For those that wrote the "Why Duke" optional essay, how much did you write about "Why Law" or did you devote the lion's share to "Why Duke"?

Here's the topic for reference.
Duke Law wrote:You may submit an essay providing additional information about why you have chosen to apply to law school in general and Duke in particular. We are interested in the factors that have prompted your interest in a legal career and the ways in which you think Duke can further that interest

My first paragraph was "Why Law" and then the following were about how Duke would help me achieve my law goals/why Duke is appealing.

Getting ready to submit since I got a fee waiver earlier this week, and I have a question. Optional Essay II gives me the opportunity to talk about how my individual experiences might enhance the educational environment. I ran a small business in high school, and ended up being the first director of a business coaching program designed to help small entrepreneurs in a target socioeconomic demographic get their businesses off the ground for a campus microfinance initiative in college. I was thinking about writing about those experiences, and how they've given me a dynamic, firsthand understanding of the business world, as well as experience with a maverick approach to addressing economic inequality. Good idea?

Hahah nooo. My status changed to "decision made: watch for email". Duke is pretty high on my list for personal reasons despite high numbers so hoping for good news.
