I went complete 10/23 and still nothing besides a status date change on 11/19.... starting to get nervous...

Wow. It's not like you have great numbers, either... That really dashes my hopes for a quick turnaround from today's complete.

Well, considering we're on a Cornell thread, it's pretty clearly sarcasm, as the numbers in question should make the applicant a shoo-in.

Don't know if this is true of upstaters, but NYC-dwelling New Yorkers really only appreciate/crave mini muffin tops. Were you to bring a tray of 'complete' (hint hint) mini muffins, you might be doing more harm than good.
