Also stuck on 2/1. Was optimistic yesterday with the calls going out seeing as I didn't get caught up in the plethora of waitlists and rejections Monday. Dunno what to think now.cbarlow1016 wrote:Yeah I'm worried as well...lawschoolwife wrote:Me. Sigh. At this point I'm thinking waitlist (that's what others with my numbers seem to be getting) and I'm really hoping it's not an outright rejection.cbarlow1016 wrote:I don't know what they're doing with me...Anyone else still at a 2/1 review date?

As I've said before it appears they e-mailed the rejections and waitlists earlier for the 2/01ers. Remember I got a call real late in the day yesterday, so I'm willing to bet he still has a few more days of making calls.

My call came after 4:45 yesterday. Hang in there everyone!
I'm really hoping the scholarship and finances work out for me, definitely want this to happen.

I'm liking this optimism! Another thing that ran through my mind: has anyone else who is waiting applied for the public interest scholars program? Could be we all have that in common so maybe a decision comes later regarding that. Unlikely, but it gives me a small glimmer of hope.

Waitlisted via e-mail as well. How do you think that will turn out? Hah. Guess it is better than a straight up ding.

Waitlisted too. First non-admit of the cycle
Anyone else think it's odd that it's signed Nick Wallace, Admissions Director of Admissions. Little redundant, no?

HAH Agreed. My mom just asked me if I would really go anyway. I complain about New York weather. No idea how I would live in Minnesota for 3 years. Unfortunately, it's a good school. Guess I would have to sacrifice any warmth for a few years lol.

I will trade someone my Minny admit, my IUB admit, and an admit to be named later for a WUSTL admit.

Received admit papers and 30k/yr. Feeling good about the scholly / debt prospects. Not feeling as good about trying to carry a UMN degree back to New England/NYC.

It means you're in the next batch of files to be reviewed, for example we were all updated to 2/1 before hearing our decision this week.nba101790 wrote:Second UR date updated today. What does it mean?!?!
