No. I had been registered for it but I cancelled my registration the first week of November. Do you think that's the problem?

Maybe. I believe policy is that if you have an LSAT pending, your app will be considered incomplete.
Perhaps your app got put in the pile awaiting december scores and was never taken off of it.
